Customers are the persons or companies who buy goods or service from your organization. 

  • You can define customer as company customers or individual customer.
  • You need to add customers before creating orders.
  • Customer information, such as customer address, will be pre-load to billing and shipping address of new created orders automatically.

Add New Customer

  1. In UUKA Customer Master app, go to "Customer" page;
  2. Click "+" button to add new customer;
  3. Select Partner type from the drop down list;
  4. Fill in the customer details
    A. Company Customer

    B. Individual Customer
  5. Click "Submit" button to create the new customer.

  • For example, you can offer different level of discount to your customer groups.
    Customer Price Group Discount
    Walk-in 0
    Silver Member 10% off
    Gold Member 15% off

Define Customer Price Group

  1. In UUKA Customer Master App, go to "Customer Price Groups" page;
  2. Set up the customer price group by inputting the required information.
  3. For example, you can offer 15% discount off for customers who are in the price group "Gold Member";
  4. Save the settings by clicking on the "Save" button.

Assign Customer Price Group to Target Customer

  1. Search target customer by name, account number or phone in customer list;
  2. Click "Edit" icon of the target customer;
  3. Select the Customer Price Group for this customer;
  4. Click "Submit" button to save the settings.

Customer Segment is used to divide your customers into more detailed segments for analyzing the consumer behaviors or patterns.

  • If your Customer Segment is complicated, you can further subdivide it by Analysis Codes.
  • Analysis Code provides more dimensions of a customer segment for analysis.

Define Customer Segment

  1. In UUKA Customer Master app, go to "Customer Segment" page;
  2. Click "+" button to add new customer segment;
  3. Fill in the details of the customer segment, and then click "Save" button.
  4. Define all the Customer Segments that you needed;
  5. And then, you can assign the Customer Segments in Customer details page;

A. Customer Segment

For example, if you want to divide customers by marital status, you can define two customer segments "Married" and "Single".

Angel Single
John Married

 

B. Analysis Code

For example, if your customer segment is complicated, you can further subdivide customer segments by marital status, gender and whether has baby using Analysis Code.

UUKA provides some standard user reports for analyzing Customer data.

  • Only User Report can be executed manually at the Report List page.

Run User Report at Report List Page

  1. In UUKA Customer Master, go to "Report" page;
  2. In the Report List page, you can click on the "Run" icon to execute those user report;
  3. Input the report parameters (if needed)
  4. Report will be generated dynamically at the report viewer.

User Report vs System Report

There are two types of reports - User Report and System Report.

  • User Report can be executed by users manually at the Report List Page, e.g. Customer List.
  • System Report can only be executed by the system, e.g. Invoice Printout.

Export Data to Excel

  1. In UUKA Customer Master, go to Customer, Customer Price Group or Customer Segment page which you want to export;
  2. For example, to export the customers data, go to the Customer List page;
  3. Click on the "Export" button on top of the Customer List;
  4. System will generate the customers data in Excel format for your downloading.
