Add New Warehouse

  1. In UUKA Inventory Master app, go to "Warehouse" page;
  2. Click "+" button to create a new warehouse;
  3. Fill in the warehouse information, such as the code and name of the warehouse;
  4. Click "Save" button to create the new warehouse.

Virtual Warehouse

You can define whether the warehouse is a virtual warehouse or a physical warehouse. Virtual warehouses cannot be manipulated by users and are used by the system for special purposes such as holding inventory which is in-transit.

A. Check Stock Movement

  1. In UUKA Inventory Master app, go to "Stock -> By lots" page;
  2. You can filter stock in/out records by date, warehouse, product and/or lot quantity;
  3. For example, you can check for the stock in/out records for warehouse "Eastern" with the product "Pavlova".

B. Check Real-time Inventory by Product

  1. In UUKA Inventory Master app, go to "Stock -> Stock by product" page;
  2. You can check the inventory level of each warehouse by each product, for example select the product "Pavlova";
  3. The current stock level of product "Pavlova" in each warehouse will be shown;

Export Data to Excel

  1. In UUKA Inventory Master, go to "Stock" page;
  2. You can choose Check Stock "By Lots" or "By Product";
    • By Lot: Check for the stock movement records for each product in each warehouse;
    • By Product: Check for the real-time inventory for each product in each warehouse;
  3. Click on the "Export" button on top of the list;
  4. System will generate the data in Excel format for your downloading.
