To begin with using UUKA applications, you need to register as a UUKA member. You can sign up for a UUKA member by following the steps below.

Register UUKA account

  1. Go to UUKA Portal, and then click "Log in" on the top right corner;

  2. Click "Sign up" button at Login Panel;
  3. Fill in your login credentials and then click "Register";
  4. Verification email will be sent to your mailbox;
    (*Please click the verification link from your mailbox within 24 hours)
  5. Registration success after email verification. Click "Continue to set up" to complete your profile.

Before using UUKA services, you first need to create or join a company. When you choose to create your own company, you need to register your company with UUKA, including setting unique short name of your company, filling in your company details and choosing service charge plan etc.

Create your Company

  1. If you are new to UUKA, you can click the register button of "Create Company" during registration process.

    If you have already created or join a company, and you want to create one more new company, you can Click "Create Company" in the Manage Companies section;
  2. Fill in the basic information of your new company;
  3. Fill in the details information, which will be used for billing;
  4. And then select the UUKA plan you are willing to subscribe;
  5. Your new company will be created automatically.

If your partner or employer has already created a company on UUKA, you can send a join request to that…

If your partner or employer has already created a company on UUKA, you can send a join request to that company.

Join Existing Company

  1. If you are new to UUKA, you can find the "Join a company" at the home page of UUKA Portal.

    If you have already created or joined a company, and you want to join another existing company, you can find the "Join a company" at Manage Companies in the dropdown menu.
  2. Type in the unique short name of the existing company which you want to join, and then click the button of "Find Company".
  3. Type in message to the company owner, and then click "Send request".
  4. Join request will be sent, and then just waiting for the company's owner to accept your request.

If your partners or employees have registered as UUKA members, you can add them to your company.

A. Access to your Company Users Section

  1. In UUKA Portal, click "Manage company" at the companies dropdown list;
  2. In Company page, select "Users" section;

B. Add Existing UUKA User to your Company

  1. In Users section, click "Add Users" button;
  2. Search for existing UUKA users, assign user role to it, and then add users to your company.
  3. When those users login with their UUKA account, they will join your company automatically.
