You can access to Report Designer by creating new report template or editing existing reports template at each UUKA applications.

Access to Report Designer

1. In UUKA Application, go to the Report List page;
2. You can access to Report Designer by Creating a New Report Template or Edit Existing Report Template.
   

You can use our Report Designer tool to build your own report with the layout, format and fields which fit your company needs.

The User interface of the Report Designer

1. Menu: Manage and set up the reports, e.g. save as a new report, change the localization.
2. Toolbox: Drag and drop the report controls to the design surface.
3. Main Toolbar: Access report editing commands, e.g. Copy & Paste, Re-do & Undo, Zoom-in/out, etc.
4. Properties: Using the panel to set up the report controls.
5. Expressions: Using the panel to provide data to the report controls and conditionally shape data.
6. Field List: Access the report's data source schema
7. Report Explorer: Access and view the report elements in hierarchical level.

There are some common report controls can be used to build your own report.

Common Report Controls

1. Label
   The Label control displays plain text in a report. You can drag the Label control from the toolbox onto the design surface to add a label control.
   
2. Character Comb
   The character Comb control displays text so that each character is printed in an individual cell.
   
3. Rich Text
   The Rich Text control displays formatted text in a report.
   
4. Check Box
   The Check Box control displays the checkbox's state.
   
5. Picture Box
   The Picture Box control allows you to embed static or dynamic images into a report.
   
6. Table
   The Table control displays information in a tabular format and allows you to create table reports.
   
7. Barcode
   You can specify the barcode type in the symbology property.
   
8. Chart
   You can add a chart Chart control from the toolbox onto the detail band, and then click the Run Designer to setup your chart in the wizard.
