UUKA provides a various of pre-built standard reports for users to print orders, invoices and payment receipts, etc., as well as to analyze future sales, purchase analysis and other purposes.

User Report vs System Report

UUKA Reports can be divided into two types, one is System Report, and the other is User Report.

  • User Report can be executed by users manually at the Report List Page, e.g. Sales Summary Report.
  • System Report can only be executed by the system, e.g. Invoice Printout.

Custom Report

In addition to execute the pre-built standard reports in UUKA, you can also build your own reports which fit your company needs at UUKA. To build your own report at UUKA, you can use the Report Designer tool which provided by UUKA.

You can access to the page of Report List in each UUKA applications to manage your reports.

Manage your Reports in Report List Page

  1. In UUKA applications, go to "Reports" page;
  2. You can manage your report at the Report List Page.

    1. Add New: Add New Report template by clicking this button.
    2. Run: Execute the report. (Only User Report can be executed manually)
    3. Report Designer: Edit the Report in Report Designer.
    4. Report Properties: Edit the Report Properties, such as change the report name, report parameters and whether is User Report, etc.
    5. Download: Export the Report Template in repx extension file.
    6. Delete: Delete the Report Template.

There are some System Reports executed by the system, such as Sales Order, Invoice and Goods Receipt printout. You can change to other printout format at UUKA.

Change Default System Report

  1. In UUKA applications, go to "Settings" page;
  2. Select the printout format at the drop down list;
  3. Click "Save" button, the report format will be changed accordingly.
